For interpolation positioning, use only word m+1 (NC211 only). Word m+5 is used only for

Note
1. Enabled only when stopped or during manual operation.
2. Commands shown in the shaded boxes for word m+1 are executed when
their allocated bit turns ON.
3. The Y-axis command area does not have the EEPROM command, EE-
PROM read/write designation, PC protect, or external input protect.
4. In the case of the NC113, Y-axis commands (words m+5 to m+8) will be ig-
nored when transmitted. Transmit only five words (words m+0 to m+4).
