Words 0 to 7 contain X-axis status, and words 8 to 14 contain Y-axis status.
Positioning Completed Flag
ON
When positioning (terminating or bank end) is completed.
OFF
When positioning, origin search, or origin return operation is being executed.
Remarks
• When this bit turns ON, the Busy Flag (bit 07 of words s+0 and s+8) turns OFF after a delay of
approximately 10 ms.
• This bit will not turn ON when a deceleration stop is executed during operation.
• During interpolation, only bit 00 of word s+0 (X axis) is enabled. Bit 00 of word s+8 (Y axis)
retains its pre-interpolation status (NC211 only).
Bank End Flag
ON
When bank end positioning is completed.
OFF
When positioning, origin search, or origin return operation is being executed.
Remarks
• The Positioning Completed flag (bit 00, words s+0 and s+8) turns ON simultaneously.
• During interpolation, only bit 01 of word s+0 (X axis) is enabled. Bit 01 of word s+8 (Y axis)
retains its pre-interpolation status (NC211 only).
Origin Stop Flag
ON
When positioning is stopped at the origin.
OFF
While an operation is in progress, or when positioning is stopped somewhere other than the
origin.
Remarks
• This bit does not turn ON when the origin is merely passed.
• After an operation such as origin search has been completed, there is a delay of approximate-
ly 10 ms from the time that the Busy Flag (bit 07 of word s+0 for the X axis and word s+8 for the
Y axis) turns OFF until the Origin Stop flag turns ON (NC211 only).
Alarm Flag
ON
When an alarm code is generated.
OFF
When no alarm code is generated.
Error Flag
ON
When an error is generated.
OFF
When no error is generated.
Remarks
During interpolation, only bit 04 of word s+0 (X axis) is enabled. Bit 04 of word s+8 (Y axis)
retains its pre-interpolation status (NC211 only).
