ON: RUN or Monitor Mode

OFF: When the RESET ERROR command is turned OFF.

processing for clearing the error has been completed.

Note The NC113 is not provided with the Y axis.
The Position Control Unit's internal status area is configured of 15 words (eight
words for the NC113) of data. This data is read to the CPU Unit's IR area by
means of the CPU Unit's Intelligent I/O Read instruction (READ).
The following tables show the configuration of the X-axis and Y-axis status
areas. Words 0 to 7 are for the X axis, and words 8 to 14 are for the Y axis. In the
word addresses, "s" represents a free address that can be designated as the
location into which the data is to be read by means of the Intelligent I/O Read
instruction.
