Teaching Completed Flag
ON
When teaching is completed.
OFF
When teaching begins.
Remarks
The Busy Flag (bit 07of word s+0 for the X axis and word s+8 for the Y axis) turns OFF
when this bit turns ON.
No Origin Flag
ON
• When the power is turned on.
• When operation is stopped by an emergency stop or a CW/CCW limit signal.
• When the speed control (end pattern 4) is executed.
• When a hardware error (error code: 9100, 9200) causes operation to stop.
• When an origin search is started.
OFF
• When the origin is established.
• When an origin signal is input during an origin search.
• When a present position change is completed.
Remarks
There is a delay of approximately 10 ms from the time that this bit turns OFF until the Busy
Flag (bit 07 of word s+0 for the X axis and word s+8 for the Y axis) turns OFF.
Busy Flag
ON
• When processing begins for any operation.
• When initial data is transferred (i.e., read from EEPROM).
OFF
• When processing ends for an operation and whatever dwell time that has been set elapses.
• When data setting such as the Positioning Completed flag or Teaching Completed flag are
completed.
• In case of an error, when the error code and flag settings are completed.
Remarks
During axial operation, the Busy Flag may turn ON approximately 10 ms (max.) after the
pule output. When interpolation is used, the Busy Flag is turned ON or OFF simultaneously
for the X and Y axes (NC211 only).
Zones 0 to 7
ON
The bit for a given zone turns ON when the present position is within the range set for that
zone in parameter addresses 2013 to 2020 (X axis) and 6013 to 6020 (Y addresses).
OFF
The bit for a given zone turns OFF when the present position is outside of the range set for
that zone in parameter addresses 2013 to 2020 (X axis) and 6013 to 6020 (Y addresses).
Error Code
• The most recent error code (alarm code) is output.
• When there are multiple error codes (alarm codes), they are output in order to this word by
means of the READ ERROR command (bit 05, words m+1 and m+5).
• Error codes (alarm codes) cannot be deleted by READ ERROR.
