Area
The existence of an alarm or error code is indicated both by the ERROR LED
indicator on the front panel (see figure below) and by the flags in the status area.
Lights when power is turned on and goes out when
a PCU hardware error occurs. Turns OFF when an
error occurs in the hardware (when the watchdog
timer is over or when an error interrupt occurs in
the CPU Unit.)
Flashes when an alarm code has been output and
lights when an error has occurred.
Alarm Flag X axis: Bit 03 of word S+0
Y axis: Bit 03 of word S+8
Error Flag X axis: Bit 04 of word S+0
Y axis: Bit 04 of word S+8
