Note If not using NC Support Tool, create the data as in the trial operation and then
use a ladder program to transfer the data from the CPU Unit to the Position Con-
trol Unit. Examples of data configuration are shown below.
In this example, number "03" is used as the origin search high-speed number.
For details regarding other parameters, refer to 5-7 Parameters .
In this example, "1,000" is set for speed number 03.
In this example, "50 pps/ms" is set for pattern number 02.
For instructions on how to transfer data, refer to 5-1 Creating and Transferring
Data .
2. Check the external input wiring. With the Programmable Controller in Pro-
gram Mode, turn the external input switch ON and OFF and use the Pro-
gramming Console (or SYSMAC Support Software) to monitor changes in
the bits in the input words allocated in the CPU Unit.
In the following example diagram, the Position Control Unit is allocated
words 00 and 01 in the CPU Unit.

3. Execute ORIGIN SEARCH and JOGGING. With the Programmable Con-
troller in Program Mode, use the Programming Console (or SYSMAC Sup-
port Software) to manipulate the bits in the input words allocated in the CPU
Unit.
