When STOP is executed during an origin search, operation is decelerated to a
stop according to the origin search acceleration/deceleration pattern set in ad-
dresses 2023 (X axis) and 6023 (Y axis). The origin search operation is inter-
rupted and the ORIGIN SEARCH command must be re-executed from the posi-
tion reached at the end of STOP.
