5.7.2 Manually cutting media

This section explains how to cut the media manually.
Procedure (6 steps) :
Step 1 : Set the parameter to "manual' in the media cut menu, the media can be cut manually
Step 2 : Make sure that the MEDIA SET lamp on the operation panel is off.
Note :

Step 2 : Press the [F3] key on the operation panel.
Step 3 : Feed media to the desired position according to the procedure in "Feeding media".
Step 4 : Press the [F1] key on the operation panel.
Next step on next page.
Step 5 : Cut the roll media.
After printing, the media is automatically transferred to the media cutting
position.
