4.6 MEDIA HANDLING

Media handling, attaching media, and setting media type are explained below.

4.6.1 Loading sheet media

You can use the following sheet media with your printer :

Step 1 :
Switch on the printer.
Step 2 :
The printer starts the initialize operation. (See display below)

Media Width

Be careful not to pinch your fingers when opening and closing the front cover.
If roll media has been attached to the printer, wind the media, and load the sheet
media.
When raising or lowering the pressurize rollers, you can use the foot switch instead
of the operation panel.

"OFF" in the media detection setup item.
