PROTOCOLS IP SECONDARY NAMESERVER address
DEFINE
Specifies the IP address of the local nameserving host for use on IP connections and NetBIOS connections
that use IP. The host's address must be specified using the address parameter, described below.

Parameters
Requires privileged user status.
An error is returned if there are active connections to the SCS. An error is
returned if the address is in use by another node.
