IOPn.MtcFLOP Status Messages

IOPn.MtcFLOP status: An error has occurred that prevented proper initialization of the Floppy Provider. The provider
has registered with the DSL, but may not allow access to the floppy drives.

Description
An error prevented the HP NetServer AA software from properly initializing. The error was
not fatal, but it may prevent floppy devices from being accessible to the CE.
