IOPn.MtcMICX: Port state change not allowed. MtcMICX has not flushed packets from the MIC.
Severity Error
Description MtcMICX must remove all old packets from the MIC before allowing the IOP to join in the
configuration. This probably indicates a hardware error; however, an internal software error
can also cause this problem. The additional data specifies the MIC port number where the
problem occurred.
Action The IOP should reboot automatically. If it does not do so, or if this error recurs, contact your
service provider for assistance.
