IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DEVICEn has a SCSI logical unit number (LUN) different than configured on the other IOP,
and it will be marked offline.
Variables n – the device number; for example, DISKn, CDROMn, TAPEn
Severity Error
Description A configured logical unit number (LUN) for the device on the local IOP does not match the
configured logical unit number for the device on the remote IOP.
Action Use the HP NetServer AA Configuration Utility to fix the configuration files on each IOP so
that this device has the same logical unit number on each IOP.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DEVICEn has a target ID different than configured on the other IOP, and it will be marked
offline.
Variables n – the device number; for example, DISKn, CDROMn, TAPEn
Severity Error
Description A configured target ID for the device on the local IOP does not match the configured target ID
for the device on the remote IOP.
Action Use the HP NetServer AA Configuration Utility to fix the configuration files on each IOP so
this device has the same target ID on each IOP.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DEVICEn location contains an unsupported device.
Variables n – the device number; for example, DISKn, CDROMn, TAPEn
Severity Error
Description A device located at a configured SCSI address is not supported. HP NetServer AA software
generally supports disk drives, tape drives, and CDROM drives.
Action Remove the unsupported device from the HP NetServer AA configuration.
