IOPn.MtcDgs status: Send packet allocation failure.
Severity Warning
Description MtcDgs was unable to allocate an NDIS_PACKET needed to transmit an Ethernet packet.
Action You can ignore this message unless it is logged frequently.
IOPn.MtcDgs status: Unable to open NIC.
Severity Error
Description During initialization, the HP NetServer AA Datagram Service opens each NIC that is bound
to MtcDgs. This message is reported if one of the NICs could not be opened. In this case,
MtcDgs initialization continues unless none of the bound NICs can be opened.
This message indicates that either:
• There is an error in the bindings.
• The NIC driver (that loads before MtcDgs) encountered an error that prevented it from
