IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Cannot access DISKn for requested operation. Check prior events for
details.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Cannot disable write cache for DISKn. This disk type may have
exhibited problems with write cache. This feature should be disabled to prevent corruption
problems. It is strongly recommended that this drive not be used.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Cannot obtain geometry data for DISKn, and it will be marked
offline.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Cannot obtain SCSI cache mode page for DISKn. This is typical for
RAID controllers.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Cannot obtain SCSI mode page data for DISKn. This is typical for
RAID controllers.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Cannot obtain SCSI read-write recovery mode page data for DISKn.
This is typical for RAID controllers.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: CDROMn may not be SCSI-2 (or newer SCSI standard) compliant.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Command not valid for non-mirrored disks.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Command to DISKn not valid because it is a non-mirrored disk. HP
NetServer AA Manager request to non-mirrored disk was ignored.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Configured ADAPTERn failed to reset bus BUSx. Disks connected
to this adapter may be marked faulted.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Configured ADAPTERx has a misconfigured bus ID BUSn. Use the
HP NetServer AA Configuration Utility to change the bus ID.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Configured ADAPTERx has different initiator IDs for bus BUSn.
Use the BIOS setup program available via your SCSI adapter to reconfigure the initiator ID.
The IOPs will not be allowed to join until this problem is resolved.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Copy for selected disk has not failed.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Device DISKn has failed. See prior events for reason.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Device DISKn will be faulted because it is taking too long to
complete SCSI requests. The IOP must be rebooted before the disk can be enabled.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DEVICEn has a SCSI adapter number different than configured on
the other IOP, and it will be marked offline.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DEVICEn has a SCSI bus number different than configured on the
other IOP, and it will be marked offline.
