Description This message is generated as a result of issuing an IOP Disable command.

IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx has been removed from service.
IOPn.MtcMon status: The IOP shutdown or disable operation failed.
Hardware/Software This message is generated as a result of a software operation.
Action No action is required unless this message is followed by IOPn.MtcMon status: The
IOP shutdown or disable operation failed. In this case, see the message

for a corrective action.
