IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx initialization failed.
Variables x – the ID of the IOP that failed initialization
Severity Error
Description When an IOP is powered up, it attempts to contact a remote IOP and initialize with it. If the
process does not succeed, this message is generated.

IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx is faulted and requires repair.
IOPn.MtcMon status: Conflicting IOP IDs have been detected in the
Endurance System. Local IOP ID = x Remote = y
IOPn.MtcMon status: Differences in client lists with IOPs were detected
during IOP initialization.
IOPn.MtcMon status: The master IOP ID could not be determined during IOP
initialization.
IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx could not be joined because it is configured to
not automatically initialize.
IOPn.MtcMon status: A protocol error occurred on IOPx during IOP
initialization.
IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx is unavailable for initialization because it is
currently faulted.
IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx is unavailable for initialization because it is
currently disabled.
IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx has been enabled by operator request.
Hardware/Software This message occurs as a result of a software configuration error or a software failure, but in
some cases can also be caused by hardware-related problems.
Action The action you take depends upon the reason for the failure of the IOP initialization process.
Examine the associated messages for additional information about the failure.
