IOPn.MtcMon status: An Endurance Manager command has been issued to shut down Tuplex.

Description
This message is generated when a command is issued to shut down a tuple. As a result, the IOP
Monitor attempts to remove the tuple from operation by resetting or shutting down the CE and
then shutting down the IOP.

operating system on the CE(s) could not be performed because shutdown is
already in progress.
IOPn.MtcMon status: The Windows NT operating system on the CE(s) is being
shut down.
IOPn.MtcMon status: The Windows NT operating system on the active CE(s)
has been shut down by operator request.
IOPn.MtcMon status: The Tuplex shutdown or disable operation failed.
