Severity Informational
Description The SCSI disk controller has write cache disabled by default. This may have undesirable
performance consequences. Unless the disk controller has had problems using write cache,
Marathon recommends that the write cache feature be enabled. Use of write cache permits the
disk controller to respond with a success status for write requests before the data is actually
written to disk. The cached data is later written to disk during a more optimal time.
Action Consider enabling write cache if the controller has not exhibited problems with write cache in
the past. See the documentation that came with the disk for details.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn is already disabled. HP NetServer AA Manager request to disable a disk was ignored.

Severity Error
Description The administrator attempted to disable the specified disk. However, the disk was already
disabled, so the operation was ignored.
Action No action is required.

Severity Error
Description An attempt was made to enable a disk using the HP NetServer AA Manager, but the disk was
