IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn does not support automatic bad block remapping for
recoverable read requests.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn does not support automatic bad block remapping for write
requests.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn encountered a bad block at SECTOR during a mirror copy.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn encountered a write error during a mirror copy.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn failed a SCSI request, and repeated retries did not succeed.
The disk will be marked faulted.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn had a previous failure. The device must be manually enabled,
using the HP NetServer AA Manager, before it can be used.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn had an invalid HP NetServer AA partition checksum. Try
using the HP NetServer AA Manager to reset the HP NetServer AA partition.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn had its HP NetServer AA partition reset.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn has a different mirror set ID for each of its member disks.
The IOPs will not be allowed to join until this problem is resolved.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn has a different number of bytes per sector for each of its
member disks.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn has a SCSI address other than its original, configured SCSI
address. The HP NetServer AA partition can be reset to cure this condition, but caution is
advised. If unsure how to proceed, contact your service provider for assistance.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn has an HP NetServer AA partition that is not at the end of the
disk. Use Disk Administrator in Offline HP NetServer AA I/O Processor Mode to
repartition the HP NetServer AA partition, making sure to position it at the end of the disk.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn has an HP NetServer AA partition which is too big. Use Disk
Administrator in Offline HP NetServer AA I/O Processor Mode to repartition the HP
NetServer AA partition.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn has an HP NetServer AA system ID other than the current
system ID. This indicates DISKn has come from a completely different HP NetServer AA
system. The HP NetServer AA partition can be reset to cure this condition, but caution is
advised. If unsure how to proceed, contact your service provider for assistance.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn has an invalid HP NetServer AA partition type. Use the HP
NetServer AA Manager to reset the HP NetServer AA partition.
