Transport registration failed
On startup, MtcMICX attempts to
register with the HP NetServer AA
Monitor. This message indicates that
the registration attempt failed.
MtcMICX is not loaded, and the IOP
cannot join the HP NetServer AA
configuration.
Note: The status code returned by
the HP NetServer AA Monitor
on the
registration attempt is also
logged as additional data.

Action
• Reinstall the HP NetServer AA software on the IOP.
• If this does not resolve the problem, contact your service
provider for assistance.
Attempt to resolve these problems in the
following ways:
• Verify that the MIC adapter is properly installed.
• Verify that the MIC is running the firmware that is
shipped with the version of the HP NetServer AA
software that is running on the IOP.
• Reinstall the HP NetServer AA software on the IOP.
• Replace the MIC adapter and install the proper firmware
on the new adapter.
• If the problem persists, contact your service provider for
assistance.
