This message displays in a Windows NT blue screen on a monitor attached directly to a CE
during CE operating system boot when the HP NetServer AA CE Transport cannot disable a
MIC adapter port as requested by the IOP during the boot process. The CE Transport attempts
to continue the boot process.
Hardware/Software
This message is most likely the result of a failure of the CE MIC adapter or an IOP MIC
adapter.
Action
• If CE boot does not succeed immediately or after retrying, first replace the CE MIC
• If the problem persists, contact your service provider for assistance.
