IOPn.MtcMon status: An Endurance Manager command has been issued to disable Tuplex.

Description
This message is generated when a command is issued to disable a tuple. The IOP Monitor
attempts to remove the tuple from operation and then set the CE and IOP in the tuple to
disabled.

operating system on the CE(s) could not be performed because shutdown is
already in progress.
IOPn.MtcMon status: The Windows NT operating system on the CE(s) is being
shut down.
IOPn.MtcMon status: The Tuplex shutdown or disable operation failed.
IOPn.MtcMon status: CE operating system shutdown has been requested by
the operator.
