IOPn.MtcMon FRU: IOPx MIC fault.
Variables x – the ID of the IOP whose MIC is malfunctioning and not receiving or transmitting messages
Severity Error
Description The MIC adapter on the specified IOP is both malfunctioning and also not receiving or
transmitting messages properly. This is probably due to a hardware problem with the specified
MIC.
Action • Run the MIC Connectivity Test in the MIC BIOS utility to validate that the paths between

Severity Error
Description The power supply to the specified IOP was interrupted.
Action • Make sure that the IOP has not been powered off.
• Check the power supply connections to the specified IOP.
• Check the internal power supply function of the IOP.
• Make sure that line voltage to the IOP is within operational parameters.
• Replace the IOP MIC.
IOPn.MtcMon FRU: IOPx processing capability failure.
Variables x – the ID of the IOP whose processing capability has failed
Severity Error
Description The ability of the specified IOP to function as part of the Endurance server was compromised
due to:
• A system crash or stop error with screen dump
• An inconsistency detected in Endurance server software
• A malfunction of the IOP or CE that was not qualified by a transport (MIC) level error,
• Excessive disk or CPU load
Action Use diagnostics to determine if the specified component is functioning properly.
