IOPn.MtcEthP status: Error in Ethernet Provider NIC bindings in the Control Panel.

Description
This message is logged if the Ethernet Provider service is either: not bound to an Ethernet
adapter, bound to too many adapters, or bound to an adapter that is not configured.
Action
Perform the following steps. Then reboot the IOP following any changes to the bindings,
because corrections of this type do not take effect until the next time Windows NT is restarted.
• Run the HP NetServer AA Configuration Utility and commit the configuration. Correct
• Using the Network Control Panel application, make sure that the adapter bindings are set

Check the event log for errors logged by the NIC driver. If the NIC driver failed to load, try
rebooting the IOP. You may want to power cycle the IOP when you reboot it. Refer to
