IOPn.MtcMon Fault Handler status: The joining IOP has received a Fault Handler join request from another IOP, but
the local IOP state is incorrect.
Severity Error
Description The local IOP received a network packet from another IOP, passing it information required for
the local IOP to participate in an active Endurance system. However, the local IOP is already
configured as part of an active Endurance system.
This may be due to network cabling problems between separate Endurance systems.
