IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to read one or more sectors SECTORn – SECTORm for DISKx. Note:
The read request did not come from the CEs.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to read the HP NetServer AA partition for DISKn. Try using the HP
NetServer AA Manager to reset the HP NetServer AA partition.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to read the Master Boot Record for DISKn, and it will be marked
offline.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to remap bad block at SECTOR for DISKn during a mirror copy.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to reset HP NetServer AA partition for DISKn.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to restart a mirror copy for DISKn because its copy has not failed. HP
NetServer AA Manager request to restart the mirror copy was ignored.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to shut down DISKn gracefully.

IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to write one or more CE requested sectors SECTORn - SECTORm for
DISKn. If DISKn stays online, this error may be considered transient. Many transient errors may
indicate the need for disk replacement.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to write one or more sectors SECTORn – SECTORm for DISKn.

IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to write to Registry. Contact your service provider for assistance.
