IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Failed class library setup for DISKn, and it will be marked offline.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Failed to reset the HP NetServer AA partition.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Failed to reset the HP NetServer AA partition for DISKn. The local IOP was
unable to access the disk to reset the HP NetServer AA partition, or the disk did not have access to
become a copy target.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Local member of DISKn mirror set is not online.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Member of DISKn mirror set on other IOP is not online.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Mirror copy could not be restarted.

access to DISKn.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Mirror set copy from IOPn to IOPn for DISKx has halted. The local IOP was
unable to send a packet to the other IOP, or the other IOP did not send an expected packet.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Mirror set copy from IOPn to IOPn for DISKx is complete.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Mirror set copy from IOPn to IOPn for DISKx is starting.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Mirror set copy from IOPn to IOPn for DISKx will be performed. DISKn on
IOPn will be offline until the copy begins.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Registry update thread did not start. Contact your service provider for
assistance.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Remapped bad block at SECTOR for DISKn during a mirror copy.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Reset of HP NetServer AA partition for DISKn has been ignored. The partition
does not require resetting, or disk cannot be accessed for resetting.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: SCSI Provider on IOP1 is incompatible with the SCSI Provider on IOP2.
