IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Disk could not be enabled.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Disk is a mirror copy target. Status is offline pending copy start.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Disk is already disabled.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Disk is already online.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Disk must be offline.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn cannot be accessed for initialization, and it will be marked offline.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn cannot be physically accessed. See prior events for reason.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn contains an invalid partition table. The disk must be repartitioned.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn contains too few partitions. Use Disk Administrator in Offline HP
NetServer AA I/O Processor Mode to partition the disk, making sure to add an HP NetServer AA
partition.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn copy target on IOPx has been newly installed, but copy source on IOPy
has not. Install CE and IOP software on copy source (IOPy).
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn could not be enabled. Check prior events for reason.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn did not come ready, and it will be marked offline.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn did not power up properly, and it will be marked offline.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn does not have a bootable partition. Use Disk Administrator in Offline
HP NetServer AA I/O Processor Mode to mark the desired boot partition as active. The disk will be
kept offline until it contains a partition marked as bootable.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn does not support automatic bad block remapping for recoverable read
requests.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn does not support automatic bad block remapping for write requests.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn encountered a bad block at SECTOR during a mirror copy.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn encountered a write error during a mirror copy.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn failed a SCSI request, and repeated retries did not succeed. The disk
will be marked faulted.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn had a previous failure. The device must be manually enabled, using the
HP NetServer AA Manager, before it can be used.
