IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx was removed from service to allow the CE operating system to be booted.

Severity

Description
The specified IOP was removed from the Endurance server configuration to allow the CE
operating system to boot. This action is taken because the IOP that was removed could not
communicate with any of the available CEs; as a result, it was preventing the CE operating
system from being booted.

IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx has been removed from service.
IOPn.MtcMon status: The boot process has started for CEx.
Hardware/Software
This message is typically generated as a result of a hardware error on a CE-to-IOP
Interconnect.
Action
• Examine the Interconnect between the specified IOP and the CEs.
• Manually repair the Interconnect and allow the IOP to rejoin the configuration.
IOPn.MtcMon status: Monitor initialization failed on the local IOP.

The Monitor could not initialize. The IOP is not activated.

This message occurs as a result of a software problem.
Action
• This message is generated as a result of a problem with the Endurance software
• This message might also be generated if a Monitor subcomponent detects a resource error
• If the condition persists, disable the IOP to allow the Endurance server to operate, and
