Refresh MW Lamp
This value defines a mode code that Communication Manager sends during a system level 3 or
higher reset that requests the VMS to refresh the Message Waiting (MW) lamps.

System In Day Service
This value indicates to the VMS that the Avaya Communication Manager has changed from
Night to Day Service.
