There is one-to-one mapping between the Network Bits and the Subnet Mask fields; entering
a value in one field uniquely determines the other field. A list of Subnet Mask addresses and
their corresponding Network Bits are shown in
Table 15: Network Bits and Subnet Mask fields

Usage
Enter the number of the IP route you want to add or change, or enter n for
the next available number.
Usage
Enter the subnet mask associated with this IP route. If you enter a value in
the Network Bits field, the system automatically completes this field with
the corresponding Subnet Mask. For example, if you set this field to
255.255.255.0, then the system sets the Network Bits field to 24.
