Screen Reference

Vector Directory Number

This screen defines vector directory numbers (VDN) for the Call Vectoring feature. A VDN is an
extension number used to access a call vector. Each VDN is mapped to one call vector.
VDNs are software extension numbers (that is, not assigned to physical equipment). A VDN is
accessed via direct dial CO trunks mapped to the VDN (incoming destination or night service
extension), DID trunks, and LDN calls. The VDN can be Night Destination for LDN.
See Avaya Call Center Release Call Vectoring and Expert Agent Selection (EAS) Guide,
07-300477, for more information.
