Files created during remote directory backup
The backup process creates three files:
blue.dmp
cbc.dmp
master.dmp
.

Before you start

Make sure that your remote computer and the network meet the requirements
identified in "Requirements for backups" on page 1005.

Contains the contents of the Blue database
Contains the contents of the CBC database
Contains the contents of the Master database
CAUTION
Risk of database restoration error
If you need to restore your database, the restore program looks
for the exact file names listed above. If you change the file
names for archiving purposes—for example, by adding a date
to the name—you must change the names back to their
original state before you try to restore the database. Otherwise,
the restore process fails.
