Using server utilities
Performing a Database Integrity Check
You can perform a Database Integrity Check to repair the database allocation
map and the index allocation map in your database. This process can take several
hours, depending on the size and state of your database, and the speed of your
server. This procedure automatically takes the server offline for the duration of
the check, so you must plan the timing of these checks accordingly.
To perform a database integrity check
1 Log on to the server as Administrator or NGenSys.
From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs → Symposium Call

Center Server → Migration.
Result: The Platform Migration Utility window appears.
3 Click Database Integrity Check.
Result: The following window appears:
