Migrating Real-Time Data API applications

Introduction
An existing application compiled against the Symposium Call Center Server
Release 1.5, 3.0, 4.0, or 4.2 Real-Time Display (RTD) APIs can be run against a
Symposium Call Center Server Release 5.0 system without recompiling.
Migrating the application to Release 5.0
To migrate an application requires that you replace the execution environment
on the PC running the application. You must perform the following two
procedures just prior to migrating your Symposium Call Center Server:
remove the previous execution environment
run the setup for the execution environment
To remove the previous execution environment
There is no uninstall utility provided to remove the installed execution
environment. Instead, you must manually uninstall the execution environment
by following this procedure.

Delete the following files located in the installed directory. The default
location is C:\Nortel\Client\En\Bin\.

nbcomd.dll
nbdbapi.dll
nbflt.dll
nirtd.dll
