Select Start → Run.

2 Type D:\nortel\iccm\bin\serman man, and then click OK.
Result: Symposium services are set to Manual. When the server is next
restarted, the Symposium services will not start automatically.
Using My Computer → Properties, change the computer name to the

Standby Host Name.
Restart the server.

Using Start → Programs → Symposium Call Center Server → Computer

Name Sync, synchronize the Symposium Call Center Server name with the
new computer name.
6 If your Active and Standby servers are on a domain, add the Standby
server to the domain. See "Step 14. Add server to domain (optional)," on
page 217 for more information.
Restart the server.

In Windows Network and Dial-up Connections, change the CLAN IP

address on the previous Active Server to the Standby CLAN IP address.
Connect the server to the CLAN.

Reconfigure Symposium Call Center Server:

a. From the Start menu, choose Programs → Symposium Call Center
b. Click the CLAN IP Address tab.
c. Click the button beside the correct CLAN IP address for your server. If
