Using Symposium Standby Server
from previous versions of pcAnywhere is incompatible with pcAnywhere
version 11.0.1.
4. You need Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 or later to run pcAnywhere.
The installation program for pcAnywhere 11.0.1 checks your system for
IE5.5 SP2 or higher before proceeding with the installation. If needed, you
can obtain IE5.5 SP2 from the NTJK08BA CD.
To install pcAnywhere version 11.0.1
1 Log on to the server as Administrator.
2 Insert the NTJK08BA CD into the CD-ROM drive.
Result: The NTJK08BA window appears.
3 Double-click Readme
Result: The Readme.txt file opens.
4 Read the installation notes contained the Readme file, and then close the
file.
