switch, the dongle
is not attached to
the parallel port on
the server.
Incompatible third-
party software is
installed on the server.
Troubleshooting and support
Action
Uninstall, and then reinstall the
software.
Close any other programs running on the
server (for example, Control Panel)
before reinstalling.
Uninstall, and then reinstall the software.
Verify and change switch parameters
defined on the server. See "Feature
Report" on page 1113.
Connect the correct dongle to the port.
Ensure the dongle ID matches the serial
number entered during installation.
Uninstall any third-party software
applications, such as word processing and
graphics programs, and then restart the
server. Consult Symantec's web site at
www.symantec.com/pcanywhere for more
information.
