A user defined cost.
The default entry here is 16777215 (infinity). The cost
shows exactly how much it will cost to get to the
Address Range.
A user should enter a value here specified by the system
administrator. The higher the number, the more
expensive the route. OSPF will not use high cost routes
if low cost ones are available.

Specifies if a range is included in the area summary
passed to Area 0.
Enter a value:
• Advertise: The address range is included in
summaries.
• DoNotAdvertise: The address range is not included
in the summaries.
