The values here are as follows:
• SendAndListen: RIP and SAPs are received and
sent along this path.
• SendOnly: RIP and SAPs are sent along this path
but not received.
• ListenOnly: RIP and SAPs are received along this
path, but are not sent.
• None: RIP and SAPs are not sent or received along
this path.
