default if Bandwidth Mode is set to Permanent.

Max-Bandwidth prevents the use of all available
switched circuits for extra bandwidth.
An option of 0 means that Max-Bandwidth has no upper
limit.
dem-thresh-pc

A percentage from 0
Demand Threshold PC is a percentage utilization of the
total bandwidth of the path. The second channel will be
brought up automatically when the first channel is used
this much.
0 disables the facility.
Note:
If this parameter is used in conjunction with
Idle-Thresh-PC, then the value for the Idle-Thresh-PC
parameter should be half of the Dem-Thresh-PC.
