This parameter is relevant to T1 framing only. Facility
Data Link (FDL) is used when the frame type is set to
Extended Super Frame (ESF) to provide an extra
messaging channel for statistical purposes.
The options here are:
ANSI: Use this to run HDLC and bit-orientated
messages.
AT&T: Use this to run HDLC only.

This parameter is only relevant if framing is set to T1.
Specifies the encoding used on the data transmitted and
received across the line.
In North America, b8zs is the most common option for
this parameter. Your switch provider advises you of the
line code for your line.
