The priority is used by OSPF to calculate the designated
router. A designated router is the preferred router to
reach an Area.
If you need to change the designated OSPF router,
increase or decrease the value shown here.

This configures the path to be a part of an OSPF area.
OSPF Area 0 is always the backbone area
