This parameter is relevant to T1 framing only. Facility
Data Link (FDL) is used when the frame type is set to
Extended Super Frame (ESF) to provide an extra
messaging channel for statistical purposes.
The options here are:
ANSI: Use this to run HDLC and bit-orientated
messages.
AT&T: Use this to run HDLC only.

0db, 7.5db, 15db, 22.5db
This parameter is only relevant if framing is set to T1. If
Long Haul is set to Yes, this parameter changes the
signal strength to avoid crosstalk.
Your service provider advises you of the line build out
for your line.
