Engine oil is an important factor determining engine performance and longevity. Be
sure to use the specified oil and oil filter, and keep them properly maintained.

Engine Oil
Checking the Engine Oil Level
Tilt the cab and check the oil level with the
oil dipstick.
Tilting the Cab → Refer to page 7-10
1. Withdraw the oil dipstick, and wipe off
any oil adhering to it.
2. Reinsert the oil dipstick fully and then
gently remove it. If the oil level is
between the "MAX" and "MIN" marks,
the oil is at the correct level.
3. If the oil level is low, replenish the oil
to "MAX" level.
4. After checking the oil level, reinsert
the oil dipstick fully.
