72: Switch to the slave

The function code is used to set the
polarity of input terminals.
When a bit is 0, the input terminal is
positive; when a bit is 1, the input terminal
is negative.
0x000–0x3F
The function code is used to set the filter
time for S1–S4, HDIA, and HDIB. In strong
interference cases, increase the value to
avoid maloperation.

0x000–0x3F (0: disable, 1: enable)
BIT0: S1 virtual terminal
BIT1: S2 virtual terminal
BIT2: S3 virtual terminal
