Symptom Shock jitter on thick paper

Vibration of the ITB caused by either of the following:

1. Shock generated when the leading edge enters the nip of the ITB

2. Shock generated when the trailing edge exits the nip of the ITB and

Depending on the two different causes, the following actions will reduce the

chances of shock jitters:

1. Enlarge the gap between the ITB and the PTR by specifying "Small
