5.2.1.2 Pin Correspondence
In the EPROM mode, ports P0, P1, P2, P3 and the CNVss pin become EPROM pins (M5M27C101K
equivalent), and read/program to and from built-in PROM can be performed in the same manner as
the M5M27C101K. However, there is no device identification code; therefore, program conditions
must be set carefully.Table 5.2 lists the pin correspondence in the EPROM mode.
