PROGram:TRANsient:TRIGger:INput
When the trigger input is active, this command selects the trigger
input source mode as on or off. When ON, the external trigger input
is enabled.

When the trigger input is active, this command starts the transient
segments immediately after the trigger input is received, without
waiting for the zero crossing, as determined by the update phase
